Arrival was a bit difficult, as the staff does not speak English very well, and we had a small problem with our reservation of the room + reservation of a motorbike.
The boss however was very easy and commercial, nice man.
Nice place to stay when you are looking for something not too close to the beaches of Kuta or Sanur.
The only thing that annoyed me was I asked for a blue bird taxi to be ordered. That night I was told it would cost me 125000 to sanur via hotel taxi. Which I declined. In the morning no taxi.... after asking again.... they got me a grab driver.
