Guest will enjoy the privacy of this renovated standalone cabin, which is just steps away from the River Trail pathway and the Guadelupe River. Enjoy access to the outdoor lawn area, fire pits as well as BBQ grills along the river front.

A 2-minute drive from downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University, this cottage is a convenient hub for your Hill Country getaway.

This Double Queen cabin features:

• Contact free check in & keyless entry
• Free covered parking space for 1 vehicle adjacent to the cabin
• 2 Queen beds
• Smart TV

• Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods
• Full bathroom with walk-in shower

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.

Stopover

We used this destination as a stopover on a trip. Access is very easy. The cabin was comfortable and clean. We had our dog with us and we all enjoyed walking along the adjacent River Walk trail.
