“This was our second time staying here and we loved it as much as we did the first time. It is a lovely condo, close to many things in West Columbia, and not too far from all things USC. It is very comfortable, well-stocked, and suits us well.”

This property is like a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the far end of a larger house on a small lake. “The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.”

“The house was perfect for our visit with our daughter caroline. Everything was just as advertised! ”

“My family stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. This place has everything you need PLUS more! It was very clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help with any need you may have whether it is about the home or outside of the home. “Very nice place and very nice neighborhood. We stayed for a Military Graduation. However you do have to keep in mind to stay quiet because the neighbors are very close to each other. Also it is a bit dusty. But other than that easy communication with host and nice experience. I recommend. ”

“Great place! Clean, well appointed, had everything we needed. Each bedroom has its own bath and the setting is serene with the trees and location. I highly recommend this property. ”

“The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives.”
