“We booked this condo months in advance for a busy weekend at USC. I reached out the day of check in to get check in details. I got a response at check in time that the unit had been sold and had no power. The owner did refund our money. However we were not able to book anything within a few miles of campus. ”

“This is one of the, if not the best, rental experiences we've ever had. Cory was very accommodating, the place was immaculate, and the back patio and dock by the water were the perfect places to sit and relax. There is a gas station and liquor store across the street that made it easy to grab last minute needs. If we're ever back in town we'll stay here without a second thought. I could not recommend this place enough!”
