“I had an outstanding experience at Grey Pearl suites. The room was big ,clean ,with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with essential kitchen tools and appliances. The front desk associates Darin and Joyce were very serviceable ,attentive and courteous to everyone. The manager Jihan was always there if needed her and ready to answer any questions for the best possible results The night guard and the personalized key to the electric front door for the main entrance and the elevator……

“We stayed at this property last year and we loved so this was one of the major decision to come back this year. well, it was a totally different experience this year. we were extremely disappointed by the readiness and cleanliness of the apartment. it was not clean, water leaks everywhere, bathroom and kitchen. washer not working, one bathroom completely out of commission for continuous water leak. main shower drain not working. Wifi password provided in welcome email does not work. when……
