Lakeland stone cottage in a quiet yet central location close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Ground Floor:

Situated just off the centre of Keswick this Lakeland stone end terrace cottage will appeal to those looking for a central location in a quiet area. With an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants only a 5 minute walk and some of the major mountains and lakes only 20 minutes walk means your car may never leave its parking place.

Keswick loft

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean and well taken care of. Lovley open plan space, felt roomy but also cosy in October. Great central location, with benefit of a car parking space. We will look to book here again i am sure !

Very poor property

A house in much need of some TLC. Filled with left over furniture and fittings, stained rugs, broken curtain hooks, and torn bedding plus an old mattress. All issues reported by previous customers last year in the guest book but nothing done. Had to move furniture to make second bedroom and lounge useable, as well as create room in kitchen cupboards for own provisions. Also the gate is missing from the garden, so not secure for a dog. The owners need to accept that owning a holiday home comes with a responsibility to provide a clean and useable property to give people the experience they have paid for. As stated by a previous holiday maker, I would be happy to be contacted, to give some positive suggestions for change.
