Are you looking for the ultimate vacation experience? Look no further, this luxury tree house is truly unique and the only tree house that actually has a hemlock tree growing through the center in an enclosed tree tower! The two story, custom built, tree house can accommodate up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms, one bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, and there is a king size bed and a window twin bed on the upper level. The king bed can be made up as 2 twin beds if you prefer. You will appreciate the hand milled cedar trim and all the unique detailed touches in the Alaskan decor. We can sum it up by calling it romantic, adventurous and exclusive with a million dollar ocean view! It is located within walking distance to the marina and some of the best fishing Alaska has to offer. Lich Pt Tree House has it all for the traveler looking to make the most of a Ketchikan adventure.

This was a magical experience for my family. The treehouse is even better than the pictures. The owners are very friendly and had great communication during our stay - including a text to let us know a pod of orcas were about to swim by. It was a fantastic place to stay in all respects!Just one thing to note - You will definitely need a car if you stay here since it is several miles from downtown Ketchikan.

Best kept secret!!!

The “ Treehouses “ is simply amazing. From the beautiful views from the deck watching whales, seal, eagles, salmon jumping, and calmness of your surroundings. We loved everything and every minute of our stay. It’s that dream place in your mind that you always want to escape to, and live there forever. All of us will never forget our stay and hope one day we will be able to return. Thank you for sharing this amazing piece of paradise!!!!
