“Received a surprise 2nd charge for staying. Information on how to get to the resort and transportation to do it was not provided. Otherwise everything was fine”

“Amazing location, just about the closest you can get to the resort. Beds were comfortable and some unique decorations. The only bad thing was the incorrect listing. We looked for the sauna however after talking to another tenant learned that it was no longer there, but the hot tub and pool were enough for us. There was also a note in condo about a ski locker we used but after contacting the property manager we learned it wasn't for our use. Despite the inaccurate listing the place was great……

“We arrived late evening after a long drive. We woke up to find there is no coffee available. That sucked. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, this is the only one that did not have a smart TV. Couldn't watch any of our shows or movies. Greeted with a sign to remove our shoes, but the carpets were filthy and stained. I get the place is old and a low cost. But some inexpensive additions would have made a huge difference.”

“Walking distance to the mountain and town. The view out of the back patio is gorgeous. Also, I never thought a murphy bed could be so comfortable :). Was lucky enough to have an extended stay for a couple of months. It was just me so the size was perfect.”

“We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.”

“Nice house within walking distance to SV Lodge and downtown. No toilet paper or dishwashing soap. They brought some after getting ahold of host, 2 days later. Not a big deal, but certainly expected to have that on hand. Lots of ice on the driveway that was dangerous. We out out salt everyday, and it was close to melting off after 5 days. I mentioned it to host, but they did not take care of it.”
