Beautiful getaway

Excellent stay! From the thoughtful welcome basket to the well stocked kitchen, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location - easy access to the bike v path, rubber, Sun Valley, and nearby hikes.

The property had everything we needed plus many extras(waffle ingredients). It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The stairs were steep for two 77 year olds but we were warned in the listing.

A perfect mini-moon

We spent three days here after getting married and it was perfect. We were able to bike to trails, the river, and downtown everyday and the guesthouse had all the amenities we needed. We hope to come back!

Week of skiing using this delightful cabin as our home base. Great location a mere mile south of River Run base, and an easy five minute drive into Ketchum. Highest recommendation!

Cozy stay in Ketchum

We came for 5 nights around Labor Day for a bike event. This home was the perfect place for our trip. The home was clean and cozy. The location was perfect - close to a bike path and downtown. The host made sure everything we could need (and more) was available. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, private retreat

Stayed at this property for a week with a mix of work "at home" (great wifi) and time out to enjoy the surrounding area. Loved the easy access to town and the biking and walking trails. Nice set up for 2 adults and 1 small dog with plenty of storage space to get organized for our longer stay. Easy to reach home owner and the unit sits back from the main house and is very private.

This is a very cute location, and it has everything you want - comfy mattress, snuggly bedding, and it is close to Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley. There was also a walking path to take your dogs. If you do take your pup with you, note that you cannot leave it there while you go out, so our pup spent a lot of time in the car. Also, there is a large pine (?) tree you need to drive by. Be careful as we got some pinstriping on our new Jeep as we drove by it to park. Knowing this, you will have a great time in this cure, great location spot.

Have stayed here twice and it has always been clean and no issues. Kitchen is stocked wonderfully. Always has what you need to cook. Walking/bike trail within walking distance. Beautiful and safe to walk dogs several times a day. Owner on property. Very friendly. Great host.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Cozy Cabin in an excellent location near walking/xc-ski trails and only 1 mile from the Ski resort parking lot. The cabin was very well equipped for cooking your own meals with a spice cabinet! There was popcorn, pancakes/waffles, chips, a bottle of wine (we didn't drink but it was still a nice touch) trail maps, other snack items available on the table when we arrived. The only thing we lacked was News channels, but hey maybe we needed a break from them anyway!. Will definitely stay again.

The Perfect Couples Retreat

Kim & Bob's guesthouse is one of the nicest VRBO stays we've ever experienced. The property is the perfect size for a couple. It is convenient to Ketchum/Sun Valley (walking distance on a nice day) but outside the hustle and bustle. It is located on a quiet, lovely neighborhood directly next to the Wood River and the bike path. The hosts have done a terrific job of decorating but the topper to all this is how very well the house is stocked. From the lovely welcome basket to top quality cookware and dishes to all the spices you'll need and a basket on the counter with everything you need for morning waffles. You will love your stay at this terrific property. Just leave room for us next March :-).
