Wonderful little condo!

This condo was perfect for my family's weekend stay in Ketchum, ID! It was the perfect size, cozy and clean. It was walkable to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again, and hope to be back again for ski season!

Very close to Sun Valley ski resort. We came in the summer and did mountain biking and sight seeing up the tram and chair lift. Loved out the town is so bike friendly. I liked the space, loved the deck and they even had bike racks. My kids were in the pool as much as possible. It is in a great location to everything around. Only main thing we didn't like it was no AC but opening windows at night made it comfortable.

Comfortable home base for ski trip

Everything was positive. When we arrived, the gas fireplace was warmly blazing, lights were on, and soft music was playing. So welcoming! It had everything we needed.

A great condo perfect for our family of 4. Master downstairs and bunk beds in loft upstairs. Great location and fun to have access to pool and jacuzzi in complex.

Fantastic Location, quiet and very comfortable!

We had never been to Sun Valley/Ketchum before and were very impressed with this rental. There were four of us: two adults, and two kids (age 5 and 3). The location is excellent in winter - not a far walk along the pedestrian path to the lifts, or just a few right turns to the Baldy skier parking lot. The beds were comfortable, the unit was warm and clean, and the hot tub was perfect! From booking to checkout, this was a very easy transaction and quite honestly it felt like we were staying in a family member's condo. Great hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and would rent this location again in a heartbeat. Thank You Michael!

Great space and location!

Very comfortable accommodations for two couples or a family of five. So nice to have two full baths. Walking distance to the the downtown was a big plus. Very short drive to the River Run base. We could of hoped a shuttle, but opted to drive. I would highly recommend this unit. I am thinking about a summer trip . . . . . .

Easy location to the slopes and great host

Very Nice!

We loved our condo and will stay here again if it is available. Perfect location and great view. We had a good experience with the manager too. Wish we could stay longer, next time we will. :-)

A great condo in a beautiful location.

I stayed in Michael's condo with two of my sisters and a brother to watch the Aug 21, 2017 eclipse. Ketchum was in the path of totality and we had a great view of the sun from the condo balcony. You can also see the ski lift go to the top of Mt. Baldy From the balcony. The condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It is a well maintained condo in a beautiful complex.

The condo was comfortable overall but there were a few problems. Several burned out bulbs, an outlet that did not work for recharging the phones (after that discovery we were able to charge in a different outlet) The wifi connection information was wrong so we could not connect and while we paid for 4 to stay only one bed was made up for sleeping, considering the exorbitant cleaning fee charge this seems over the top.

Cute place.

We liked the place. It was clean and cute. However, there wasn't a top sheet on one of the beds. There was no soap for the shower, and some of the glasses were dirty.

Great home base for a Sun Valley ski trip

I've now stayed in Michael's condo for two consecutive years, and I intend to book it again in early 2018. It's in a great location, walking distance to the slopes (although we drive and park), and a short 1 minute drive to town (although you could walk if you wanted to). As for the unit, it has everything you could need for cooking, which we appreciate. Cozy place.

Very close to the River Run lifts - you could walk. Great Condo with everything we needed. The hot tub is large and was great after a day of skiing.

This place was perfect for a ski trip to Sun Valley. It's walking distance to the resort or into town. The pictures don't really do it justice-it's much bigger than I expected. I highly recommend it!

Really nice condo

We stayed 3 weeks and it was perfect. You can see Mt Baldy from the living room, walk or catch a bus to the River Run lodge and a 15 minute walk to downtown. We would stay here again next year.

Comfortable with great view

We stayed at this property the end of August. There were four adults. I orginally thought there would be two queen beds but it ended up having a double/twin bunk in the loft. It turned out to be alright. The upstairs loft bedroom is small and the ceilings in the bathroom are very low but it worked. It would be especially good for kids. The washer and dryer are also in that bathroom. The dryer seemed to really heat up the room so we did laundry during the day so it would be cool at night. We were happy to have a laundry!! The downstairs bathroom was odd because the vanity/sink area didn't have a door which made my husband nervous!! The toiled shower area did have a door. The condo is a little dated but comfortable and very clean. The deck looks right at the ski area and has a nice table and chairs and grill. It faces the west. The kitchen is well equipped but no ice maker. There is a beautiful fireplace but it was in the 90's while we were there!! The condo is convenient to town and has good parking. Michael, the owner, was really great to work with. He was always prompt with responses to my questions. The streets seem to role up in Ketchum by 9pm even on a Saturday night!! We went in to get ice cream and ended up going to a grocery store on the outskirts. Nothing in town was open!! I would recommend this condo especially if you are going to ski. It's really close!! We enjoyed it.
