“The room was clean and looked just like the listing photos. Really great option and well priced.”

“Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The neighborhood was qquiet and safe. The amenities is the house were very well thought out. Utensils. towels, dish detergent, any other needs or wants were available. My one friend wanted to atke the mattress home with him he slept so comfortably.”

“Excellent home that has recently been remodeled. Easily the best house in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out and recoup after a day adventuring.”

“The room was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed the stay. Had a little trouble finding the right room but that was my fault. Everything was close to where we wanted to eat and watch our concert.”

“Great”

“Excellent property situated close to everything you might need in a great quiet neighborhood. Backyard is great, kids loved it.”

“The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Great place for a family! Has EVERYTHING you would need to relax.”

“Great location for i675 highway access, The Greene, restaurants, Delco Park. The house was clean but the yard had not been cut in weeks. There were a lot of weeds in the front and back yard and it was never cut during our 10 night stay. There is a dehumidifier (which we emptied twice a day) in the living room and i noticed there were two air freshener plug-ins in every room but the living room and bathroom. We had to kill 6 earwigs and 4 spiders during our stay. The earwigs gave us a clue……

“Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We……

“Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home. Very clean and well appointed. As advertised and would rent again. Thank you!”

“I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night”

“Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty.”

“Small ranch home divided in half with 2 apartments. The area was an older neighborhood with run down homes but had some nice homes. My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable”

“It was amazing ”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak.……
