Food was great. Staff was mixed, some seemed inconvenienced to be working. Common spaces were dirty most of the week. Pools and waterpark are very nice. Beach is so so but 7 mile puts it to shame. Would not return. Kids club was the very best part!

The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. Most of all they were interacting with ALL of the guests. These are just a few: Ms Dahlia Walker, who made it her mission to meet and greet as many guests as possible. Taniki is an amazing dancer and has outstanding customer service. ...

Internet was bad, lots of mosquitoes and claimed no continental breakfast because of last year Melissa storm. I felt it should have been taken off advertisement since you knew you weren't going to provide breakfast. Also, had difficulty reaching them by phone.
