Great anniversary spot!

Great area to stay in key west. Close to everything on Duval St. A bicycle/walk to a beach. This little home was a perfect, clean, place to stay. The pool area was secluded and good sun in the morning and shaded during the evening. Will stay here again.

Perfect, quiet location to discover Key West from. Room was small but big enough. Wading pool in back yard was enjoyable. The room was clean, cool and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was wonderful except we bought a unit with 2 queen beds - one located in a loft. What we got was two twin mattresses on the floor in the loft because the ceiling is so short you can’t stand up - even at the tallest peak - and is too low for an actual bed.
Only issue - Loft has very low ceiling- about 5’6” at the peak - maybe 30” at the sides. Would be great for kids but not good for old folks with bad knees when the description said it was a queen BED not twin mattresses on the floor.
Pools and outdoor amenities were charming, well maintained and appointed.
View from in front of the unit. Just steps away from Duval - great location. Very nice property and responsive host.

convenient location

The unit was clean, everything we needed. I was nice to have the pool space available. Floor space in the unit is limited. The unit is a block from the Hemingway house and lighthouse. In the upper Duval area.

Our stay was amazing! The cottage was so cute and extremely clean. The place had everything we needed from wifi and A/C, to a full kitchen, gorgeous shower, and a huuge king bed. The private pool in the back was awesome for taking a dip and getting pictures. The location was incredible, we were able to walk everywhere and it was extremely convenient being just a block from Duval St. The neighborhood was very safe and there were even several locks on the door. The management/rental company was awesome and very communicative. Once we arrived, Susan gave us a very in depth event calendar for the week and map of all the best restaurants, bars, and excursions nearby along with coupons! All of this made our trip perfect and we would 10/10 stay here again!

We rented an electric golf cart for our stay & drove everywhere sightseeing. We loved having the kitchenette and the king size bed & pillows were comfy. Ice cold AC. When we return, we will def rent here again. Clean, clean, clean! Thank you. Oh and the rental reps were so informative and quickly answered any question I had.

Great location, close to Duvall but quiet!

Updated and clean. Great location. Pool was small but the he landscaping was beautiful and gave great shade over the pool in the afternoon sun. The waterfall masked the busy Duval and Truman traffic sounds. Only downside was that this area was small and was shared with 5 units total so it was crowded when neighbors were at the pool as well. Checkin process requires you to go to a physical office to pick up and return physical keys. Even though the agents at the rental office were amazing and very accommodating, it was quite inconvenient while checking out in particular. A keypad at the house would be more convenient and also alleviate the worry of losing a key throughout the stay. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental company and property for a nice getaway.

Office staff was incredible and polite, they even checked up on us each day we were there asking if we needed anything. Beautiful place that is literally walkie Distance form anywhere! The bike company picked up the bikes straight from the front of the bungalow on our last day. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there again soon!
