“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on……

“The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!”

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

“The loft unit was very clean, smelled nice and had everything that you might need. Shampoo, conditioner, new washer and dryer, towels, kitchen utensils, an ice maker, coffee, sugar creamer, two coffee makers. We bought several things that we didn’t need to bring, it was so well stocked. We loved that it’s pet-friendly. It seems to be on well water. Being Florida, the water has a bit of a sulfur smell but that’s common down here. It is a paradise for animal lovers! The horses are all so……

Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.”
