The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Off of the living area is access to the private balcony with views of the Gore Mountain Range and of the ice skating rink in winter and putt-putt golf during the summer.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom is off the main living area and across from the bedroom. It has a pedestal sink and a shower-tub combination and is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

This unit has had many updates, completed in 2023, including new carpet, new paint, new living room and dining area furniture, a new sleeper sofa, and new lighting.
