We were there for the wine and jazz festival. Perfect location, lots of things to do nearby. Amazing beautiful area. The place was perfect location by shops, restaurants, bars, etc. condo was clean and just as pictured. Must go to see.

Attended the Colorado State Fire Chiefs' Leadership Conference at the Keystone Conference Center. Shoulder season so a lot was closed. But the condo was clean, quiet and perfectly located for my short stay.

Beautiful perfect views of keystone lake, very nice stay. Would advise any adults to sleep on the pull out couch instead of the pull down bed though, bc the pull down bed is uncomfortable.

Wonderful studio!

We enjoyed Lakeside 1481 very much! It is exactly as pictured - a large studio which makes great use of its space. The owners pride of ownership is evident - it is bright and cheery, sparkling clean, updated, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Parking was super convenient. We enjoyed the lovely views off the deck - views of the mountains and Keystone Lake. It was fun to watch all the activity on the lake - SUPs, kayaks, and paddle boats - and hear the laughter of families having fun together. We loved being able to walk out the door and try SUP for our first time (which was fun, btw!). How easy is that? It was mostly quiet other than the Busy Beavers in the condo above us - they would be up early in the mornings and seemed to be doing laps back and forth, back and forth across their condo and sliding doors opened repeatedly. Once they left, around 7:30ish am, all was quiet. That was probably the only "negative'. Summit Cove was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Overlooks the lake, Murphy bed allows for any extra needed space during the day time. It was for lack of better words, perfect!
