Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway—just a 5-minute drive to River Run Village! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a loft comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and offers all the comforts of home with beautiful alpine touches and stunning mountain views.
As you enter the unit, you're greeted by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The living room features ample seating around a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the spacious private balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air, scenic views, and comfortable outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and everything you need to prepare meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats 6–8 guests, making it great for family meals or game nights.
Down the hall, you’ll find the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, a mounted Smart TV, and en suite access to the dual-entry guest bathroom. A private laundry setup is conveniently located in the closet. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle, Smart TV, and French doors that overlook the main living space. The loft area includes two twin beds and a dedicated workspace—ideal for remote work or a quiet reading nook. A second full bathroom is also located on this upper level for added convenience.
As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to a well-appointed clubhouse featuring a heated communal pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day of mountain adventures. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing, this condo offers the ideal home base in the heart of the Rockies.
