Clean, springs unit,

Family of 5 condo was clean, good communication, Only 3 coffee cups and 4 bowls so we had to take turns having hot coco and eating soup a little disappointment with that as it says sleeps 8! That said personally wouldn’t stay with more then 5, living room is very cramped way to much furniture it would be very hard to pull out the sofa to a bed Springs condos has gone down hill since we stayed last the sauna was broke entire week and so was one hot tub, and the fountain in lobby, we also got cut in glass that was broken all over pool table we didn’t see it was so fine. laundry machine also took my cash and didn’t give coins, also lots of construction right out the door you can hear, not sure I’d stay at the springs again.

We enjoyed our stay. A few general maintenance issues should be addressed ( paint touch up, carpet cleaning, bedroom light fixture nonfunctional) . Overall a very nice place in a prime location.

We really enjoyed the property. Only issues were the fridge didn't real cold and the construction project prevented the easy access we had hoped for from the condo to the River Run Village.

Excellent unit with easy walk to gondola

Unit was excellent, well stocked, comfortable for four, clean and as advertised. First floor location is great. Lobby has nice media room, fireplace, playroom and hangout area that was not crowded. Can’t beat the location for being close to the gondola and everything you want while not being loud. We have two smaller children and access to everything was perfect. Underground parking was plentiful and easy. Property manager allowed us to keep the car parked there on check out day after we checked out which made our last day that much more enjoyable while we skied. Communication with property management as excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our family!

The ground floor location was perfect for our Florida kids to play in the snow in the back yard. The full kitchen saved us tons of money on meals. We are right next to the gondola and the hot tub and heated pool were awesome. The property was clean and well stocked. We would absolutely go back!

I like it a lot!

Nice room, great location, awesome pool area, patio with amazing views of mountains. Quick 2-minute walk to Village. The resort is well taken care of, even providing fresh pool towels. Even though the place is on the small side, didn't feel cramped.
