The entryway has mounted hooks for convenience when coming and going throughout the day. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located just off the entryway. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, cozy sitting nook by the window, a Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. The updated bathroom features a beautiful stone walk-in shower with bench.
As you make your way from the entry, you will find yourself in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area features a large Smart TV beside the wood-burning fireplace and new cozy furnishings, including a sectional couch and an armchair. The couch includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living and dining area is the large private patio with pool views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous back splash, and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private laundry area with a washer and dryer located next to the kitchen.
Down the hall, off the living room, you will find the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a Smart TV and private access to the patio.
