Great location and wrap around deck

The location is perfect right in River Run. The wraparound deck was huge and very nice for hanging out on a nice day.

They are not kidding about the balcony!! I was looking for a place with views that I could sit outside on a balcony and enjoy. And boy did this place deliver! The only thing I would say is that I wish there was a hammock out there so I could have slept out there!

LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here—4 weeks in 2021 & 3 weeks this past Aug. Very comfortable beds & seating in living room. Well supplied kitchen. Huge balcony is great—ate meals, played bridge & read there! The underground parking & laundry across the hall were added conveniences!

Spent Xmas at keystone! Luved condo. Had everything we needed. Spacious. Beautiful. Management had great communication. In river run village and we luved being close to shops n food but it was at the tail end of village so fyi.. longer walk to the gondola, solid 10 minutes.

Well Located, Cozy Condo

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was perfect for our party of 3 adults in town for spring skiing. It's within walking distance of the gondola, lifts, and multiple ski rentals. The kitchen was well appointed allowing us to cook and eat most meals at home, which we preferred. While we didn't watch TV, there's one in both bedrooms and the living room. Ski lockers on the main floor make it easy to get out and back each day and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub just one flight down via the fire escape on the days we skiied. A comfortable and convenient condo at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

Spacious!

We loved this spacious 2BR in Expedition Station- probably the biggest we've rented in River Run. The common area had plenty of room to use the pull out couch, the kitchen and bathrooms were a nice size too. The towels were incredibly soft! The location is fabulous! We walked to the gondola, shops and restaurants, and enjoyed watching the action on the ice rink from the condo. Parking garage is great. Pool and hot tub were nice apres ski. There are some minor maintenance items that should be fixed, a tricky sliding door and blinds pulls/ lamp knob to replace, but overall it's a great unit! We'll definitely stay here again! Maybe in the summer with that huge patio!

Great location

Enjoyed the condo location and big wrap around porch. Had a few maintenance issues: missing screens to windows, broken window openers, dirty carpets making me sneeze all day. Kitchen missing silverware: only5 forks, few spoons. Spent first 2 days problem solving window issues. Maintenance company or owners need more inspection during hot summer months. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms would be great during hot summer months.

Great overall stay, esp for the price

The property is dated, but you can't beat the price and the location. 4 of us stayed here for 4 nights, 2 teens, one on the sleeper sofa. We had one issue (garbage disposal) and they sent a plumber right away. The manager was super responsive and helpful. The furnishings/amenities are all dated, but the property is clean and the walk to the gondola is so easy. The restaurants in River Run were great too. We never used our car between arriving and departing because we walked to everything. We used the pool, hot tub, fitness center (again, old but works), pool table, on-floor laundry. My only minor complaint is that the mugs for our morning coffee are tiny - bring your own. Check in and check out very easy. Overall great stay!

Nice place with HUGE balcony

We did a Summer visit, and the location was great for our party of 4. A bit dated with a few damaged things, but nice and cozy for a home base. My only real complaint is the tiny toilets with very small seats - difficult for a grown man to sit on and use. Really easy to park in the lowest level garage and get to condo on 2nd floor. We played some pool - felt was pretty bad but cues were actually straight, and lobby TV had all the baseball games available. Outdoor pool was pretty small and crowded - maybe 2 families max. All in all a nice condo...

Really annoying for enjoying the vacation time much needed.

Keystone Village Condo with Exceptional Deck September Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’re pleasantly surprised at the quality of furnishings in condo: leather sofa and chair in living room looked and felt quite new, also loved dining table and chairs, positionable Roku TV, beds very comfortable, plenty of humidifiers that worked well and fans. Kitchen: nice pans and skillets, plenty of knives, cutting boards, wine opener, glassware, plates bowls, not much for flatware and no large mugs for coffee, small cups. The above stove microwave did not work, we contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats and within 2 hours provided a new Counter microwave, Sharp 900w that worked great, we were impressed with their willingness to help and prompt professional manner. Bathrooms very nice but smaller than normal toilets. Deck is extremely expansive and mature trees surrounding. Downside of location, there were a lot of man made sounds, roofing project in area, many shuttle, bus sounds, much construction work, big trucks, maybe more due to our timing after Labor Day weekend. The pool was very nice and impressed with the warm temperature, however hot tub was not available due to repairs. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend, especially the management team. Recommendations would be upgrade kitchen counter, shampoo carpet, get better flatware, larger mugs, and larger toilets.
