Fantastic Stay for CO Golf Trip!

We had a wonderful stay - we used the home for a golf trip for the nearby Keystone courses (which we loved). The home was in great shape, was spacious and as advertised. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and the porch off the master bedroom. Thanks very much!

It is awesome!

The huge house has a bed and bath for everyone. Honest cleanIng crew! One of our group members left his apple watch in the house and the housecleaning team turned it in to office. We are so thankful.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Our entire family stayed here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Plenty of space to stretch out and close to shopping. Many gorgeous places for sceneries and that iconic mountain feel. We saw a moose outside the window one morning! We will definitely stay again!

It was spacious, well appointed and had everything that we needed for the perfect vacation. The location was very good and provided easy access to the activities that we desired. We definitely want to make this an annual event. Summit County Mountain Retreats were great, professional and outstanding in every way. We have rented through them many times in the past and will continue to use them as our go to rental agency.

Overall solid stay

Overall a beautiful house to stay in with lots of friends. We had a great time and took full advantage of this great space for the weekend. Pros: - very beautiful home that was large, clean and updated- large kitchen great for group cooking- close to trails for walks- lots of bedrooms and beds were comfy- jacuzzi was clean with easy access - location close to Keystone and Ikon mountains like Abasin- late check-out offered for 15 an hour, was notified the night beforeCons: - parking restriction (4 cars max in driveway) was very hard to coordinate for 12-14 guests- slow host response time (most issues we just had to figure out because they would take a day to respond)- basic household items weren't available (wine opener, oil in kitchen, shampoo / conditioner) so bring things accordingly!- very small main trashcan in kitchen for the amount of people there- small TVs for such big common spaces

It was a perfect house for our family. The location is quiet but no too far from everything. The only thing i would say is the water pressure. 2 people could not be taking a shower at the same time. I would recommend this house to anyone.

There were more levels and stairs than the pictures indicate, which should be kept in mind for those with mobility issues, though it was fine for my group. The dishwasher didn't work, and that was my main complaint, and wasn't fixed while we were there. We ended up having to buy paper products because there also wasn't a decent sponge to wash dishes with. Water pressure is very low. Living room furniture (sofa and loveseat) was in rough shape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was everything we hoped for and more. The bedrooms and baths were sufficient for our needs. Plenty of common spaces and good bedroom sizes. The only downside was the water pressure for the property is not sufficient to fully appreciate the jetted shower and the toilets clogged easily even though we took precautions. The washer and dryer also do not perform at top level but are adequate. Not complaining, just saying what we noticed. We want to book the same place again next year if possible.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect and we appreciated the cleanliness. The team was attentive to our needs as well. I would encourage you all to get the water pressure issue fixed soon. It was difficult for a large group to manage. Only one water source can be used at a time. So no laundry or dishes if someone was showering. I can image that there will be a guest that is very upset over this considering the amount of the rental. Thank you for sending a maintenance man to check on us. Maybe we can come back in the future.

BEST WEEKEND EVER

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon showing up to the property, we were in awe! The reason for our visit was an intimate elopement with family and friends. We chose this house after searching for hundreds, as we had a BIG must-have list. When we showed up, not only did this meet our must haves, it exceeded them!The house is SO spacious. We filled it to capacity, and had gobs of space. We had meals, tons of space. Bathrooms, plenty. We held a "card shower"/rehearsal dinner at the house and it accommodated perfectly. Our entire wedding party was able to get ready, do pics, eat, and enjoy the space of the house on the day of our wedding. The girls had a HUGE space to get ready in the master bedroom and bath, with the private balcony to top it off. The guys watched the football game in the second living room area and utilized the wet bar and back patio. We exchanged our vows in the trees of the yard, and our photographer was in heaven in the outdoor spaces. The host company was very attentive and communicative. At one point the fridge water was acting funky, they asked if we wanted someone to come fix it, and they were there within an hour or two. I could not give enough good words about this property. It was beyond perfect. You would not be disappointed with your stay, I'm sure of it!
