Black hills vacation
Fabulous place to stay…back deck is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and Lisa and Mike were great hosts. We would definitely book this again.

Quiet, clean and comfortable in the Black Hills
This property is nestled in the Black Hills forest. It has a beautiful view looking through the trees at Mount Rushmore. Mike and Lisa have put a lot of thought into their place, and it really shows by all the little extra things they provide. Their place is clean, quiet and comfortable. We were greeted at check in even though it was very late in the evening. The next morning, we were given tips and direction for things to see. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, and it is centrally located to all the attractions.

Beautiful guest home
My husband and I vacationed in South Dakota at the beginning of October which was a beautiful time of year to visit. We wanted to hit the parks and touristy cities around the area during our stay and Keystone ended up being the perfect city to make home base and do day trips. This guest home was gorgeous and located away from the town. The furnishings in the guest home were stunning and the bed was so comfortable. You can really see Mt Rushmore from the deck and there were even binoculars if you needed. We wished we could have stayed longer and used the kitchen more but ended up doing most meals out. The TV was nice to be able to watch our shows each evening and the kitchen was stocked with just about anything you would need to cook with. We made coffee every morning and enjoyed the peacefulness. We were so cozy in this home away from home. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!!!

This was an amazing getaway! Lisa and Mike have thought of everything. Beautiful views, could have stayed on that deck all day every day! Mount Rushmore was so close we went several times. Perfect among the Pines
What a wonderful, quaint, peaceful, beautiful home away from home nestled in the pines! My husband and I flew to SD from SC, for a 7-day, action-packed adventure. Lisa and Mike have thought of everything you might need for your stay, and it's such a cozy, welcoming home. My husband and I went from sun up to sundown -- Badlands, Custer, Spearfish Canyon, Lead, Wall, drove into ND, Lemmon, SD, and many points in between - driving almost 1000 miles, and we looked forward to coming back each night to this cozy little home. We enjoyed cups of coffee on the balcony as we watched the sun come up over Mt. Rushmore. This location was perfect since we were going in many directions. We hope to come back in the future. Don’t wait to book - you won’t regret staying here! Thank you Lisa and Mike for the wonderful hospitality - and Okie, too!

Lisa and Mike have an incredible property and are the ultimate hosts. The cabin is SPECTACULAR looking from a ridge to Mt. Rushmore in the distance. We sat on the deck and watched sunrise hit the monument and the illumination at night. We've stayed in several VRBOs. This is the best!
