Amazing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing stay everything was perfect

Disliked: Check-in, communication

The location was incredible with easy access to the slopes. However, the communication with the property management was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. Unsolicited threats and fake credit card charges (later refunded thanks to help from VRBO) made it harder to enjoy the vacation with friends and family. VRBO was a significant help as a third party in handling the situation. Proceed with caution if thinking of staying here or another property ran by Rocky Mountain Property Management. Yelp reviews show that this situation is not an uncommon occurrence.
