This place is conviene and beautiful

The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated with high end appliances, and the location is ideal. It is a two minute walk to the River Run Gondola. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The management company is immediately responsive and they are available by text. We will certainly return.

10/10 property. This place was AMAZING! Easy check in/out, every single amenity you could think of and you are right by the valley, and super close to the gondola. We walked to everything we needed there. We could not be more impressed with this property, and my family had the best time! Highly recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and well-appointed. We easily cooked a meal and had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend a stay and when we are back in the area we plan to do the same!

Family time

The home is beautiful and comfortable. VRBO lists this property with air conditioning, and Summit Mt confirmed verbally. It did not have air and it faces East and West. The sun came up on the shady side and set on the West side (kitchen!! we cook most meals...ugh)...no window treatments. We visit the mountains every June, and many of our rentals have not had air as it cools down at night. It was midnight before it cooled under 85 degrees upstairs. We couldn't sleep. Everything was perfect except for this issue. Get a mini-split.
