First.. I would like to say the owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Also, the issues we had were not in their control. That said, my honest review is this. The condo itself is nice. It was clean and comfortable so 5* for that. At least at the moment, the new construction going up adds a lot of length to the walk to the Gondola. Far enough that it’s annoying in ski boots. The walkway was also not well taken care of. Several people, including myself slipped and fell on the ice more than once. There was only one elevator working in the building, and it gets quite busy so the waits could be quite lengthy. It is a very family friendly building. If you are traveling with young kids, it’s a great building with games and a really nice pool area. If you are not, having the kids running around and taking over all the common areas can be a challenge. There are 2 hot tubs however, one of them is really a warm tub, the other is the actual hot tub, which was broken our entire stay. The steam room was also very hot, scolding actually. Our 2 must haves for our trips are ski in/out and a hot tub so the extended walk and no working hot tub made this trip not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
