Our cleaning crews are certified by the county and follows CDC and county guidelines recommendations.

INTERIOR FEATURES: Second floor Silvermill condo with incredible SKI SLOPE and village plaza views from every room! Ideally located with views of both River Run Village and the mountain, the same view featured in most Keystone advertisements. When there is a festival in the village, you can sit on the balcony and watch the festivities. The master bedroom features spectacular views with a KING sized bed, new bedding, private bathroom and flat screen HD LCD TV. The secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed, new bedding and a flat screen HD LCD TV and views as well. The second full bathroom is adjacent to this room. The living room is well sized and has a gas fireplace with a HD LCD TV with a DVD player. The dining room table seats 4-6 people. The full kitchen is well equipped for you to cook a meal away from home.
High Speed Internet: Resort internet connection. A 10,000 BTU AC unit is provided for summer cooling.

VIEWS: ***** (5 Stars) From the balcony Living room and bedrooms, you will enjoy views of River Run Village and Keystone Mountain, the mountain skiers take to get to the base of River Run. The same view featured in most Keystone advertisements.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks. If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. There is a new high-speed, 8 person gondola, to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there. This unit is located on the second floor, therefore offering the option to take the elevator down or walk down the adjacent stairs straight down the center of River Run.

Thanksgiving Snow!

Location is perfect! Less than a 2 minute walk to the gondola lift. View from the balcony is amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the check in process was very easy. The underground heated parking was a great bonus. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great overall; a couple minor things

Small hiccup with checkin, called owner who was available immediately and was able to checkin and have a great stay. Everything as described, however the building gets hot and if you like to sleep at 60 like I do expect it 80+ we opened a window to help but then you had to listen to snow cats running over the mountains at night but it wasn’t too bad—but I suspect that was due to neighbors being from Vegas or Florida or something and had the heat cranked up. Short walk to gondola was not bad and about as good as gets in keystone. We used the kitchen and it would have been nice to have a few better pans and dishes available but really not worth taking a star for that.

The place was as described. Very nice short walk to the lift lines convenient for shopping and dining. The only problem I had was I never received a confirmation on check-in, and did not have the code to get my room keys.

Beautiful quiet villiage

My husband and I stayed at this rental. We enjoyed the view and how generally quiet the area was. The general store was great for picking up miscellaneous things but I would highly recommend packing in as much of your own food as possible if you plan to cook. We enjoyed many of the shops. We were however quite surprised at the cost of the gondola ride. I would recommend taking the trip to Breckinridge where the gondolas are free. The condo is as advertised. The shower takes a bit to warm up but once it’s there the shower is good. If you’re from the flat lands, makes sure you run the humidifiers. The air is terrible dry! If you’re an introvert as we are, you’ll love the ability to participate in the live music without being amongst the crowd. We loved our little vacation condo and look forward to returning yearly.
