River Run Condo w/ Slope Views and Short Walk to Lifts, Shops, Restaurants!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a full-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features slope views. The homeowner updated with brand new furniture during the summer of 2018. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is a Blu-ray player and sound system for your enjoyment. The homeowner has provided a selection of games for your enjoyment. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats two. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bed and a flat screen TV and DVD player.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Family ski trip

Place was clean. Check in was easy. Location was great. The bathrooms could use some updates on the fixtures. Everything worked but handles were broken in sinks and a light was falling out of the ceiling.

Great location for skiing, no frills condo.

The place was cleaned properly, the kitchen was functional on a very basic level. The beds were uncomfortable and the living room furniture even worse. There were plenty of pillows which is rare. There was once a view of the gondola but now it’s blocked by new construction, but you can still see skiers. We locked ourselves out, and the owner was very nice, and easy to communicate with. I know this isn’t the owners fault, but what’s with the 4:30 check in? It keeps getting later, as the years pass. Not convenient. The 2 hot tubs and pool were very nice, and the pool was heated well. The steam room and small gym were clean and functional, and we even used the nice lobby to watch a football game. A good experience overall.

Construction was not disclosed - would have requested a different room; Ventahood did not work so the smoke detector kept going off because all food stuck to the pans -regardless of what we did to prevent; mattress was uncomfortable. Aside from that, good size of rooms, good layout, lots of amenities, good location....

Overall it was an average space. Location to the mountain and skiing was great, but the condo itself was average. The room we had, the floors were a little dirty and the mattresses seemed pretty old/hard. It met all needs and would go there again, but don’t expect an extraordinary experience.

Nice Condo - Walking Distance to Everything

My wife and our two teenagers stayed for 3 days/4 nights in January. Place was as advertised, and plenty of room for us, even during inclement weather that closed the lifts one day, and made for short ski days the rest of the weekend. Can walk to gondola/lifts to ski, and can walk to River Run commercial area for shopping and food. Would stay here, again.

We enjoyed every moment in condo ,it is nice ,clean, well stuffed , very close to Gondola . Under ground parking is big bonus. Only think we did not like is check in it is very late 4:30pm and management office were you get keys is 5 min drive from this lodge. If you skiing that day before check in ,it is very uncomfortable because you have to drive 5 min to get your key cards and come back. If the check in is little bit early 3pm or 3:30pm Ike most places has it , it would be perfect .

Great Weekend Getaway!

Perfect unit for two couples. Two full size bathrooms and comfortable bed rooms. Just the right amount of living room space. Short walk to the gondola and you are on the slopes.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very clean but starting to show wear. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom could be replaced and we found the couch to be uncomfortable. Carpet needs cleaned due to quite a few stains. We booked for location and view and neither disappointed. Easy walk to Gondola and River Run Village. Management company did an excellent job communicating. Check-in was a breeze. This is a great unit and easy to overlook the few issues we had due to excellent location, cozy condo, and beauiful fireplace!
