Great location. Cozy place.
This was a great place for my husband and and me to spend a few days skiing. It is right next to River Run village and a 5 minute walk to the gondola. What an amazing location!!! It is small but had everything we needed and the goal of a ski vacation for us to be on the slopes, not in the condo. We bought food at a grocery store for breakfast and lunch and then had dinners out. Our only complaint about the building was the one elevator. It was as incredibly slow and once didn’t even move. We took the stairs down most of the times and only used it to go up. It was great to have covered parking. Be sure to use the humidifiers. We put both in the bedroom when we slept. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We highly recommend this place for a visit if you are ok with a small but cozy place.

Great early season stay
My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.

Cozy Getaway
Ideal little 1 bedroom condo space. Convenient underground parking and ease to shops and nearby restaurants. Very close to the pool. We would come back and stay again.

Great location, poor management and maintanence
Imagine coming into the mountains in the middle of the night to plunge the overflowing toilet and not get any maintenance to service the unit fro 48 hours into your reservation. This too can be your experience, book now! Location is good, but there was a total disconnect in the servicing of the unit. The toilet needed to be plunged and did not work for the majority of the stay. Very disappointed that the host and management company were so unwilling to help resolve this issue.

Great location!
This property is in a great location close to the gondola and shops/restaurants. There are three hot tubs to enjoy after a day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again!

Views of slopes and overlooking pool/jacuzzi area. Pros-newer appliances, big selection of sharp knives, thick fluffy towels, location close to shops/restaurants. Cons- fireplace not working, scraped up Teflon cookware that needs replacing, pull out sofa very uncomfortable for an adult. Missing kitchen items-cookie sheet, larger coffee cups, plastic solid spatula and lg plastic spoon, lg mixing bowl and another larger pot. Worn out toilet seat?? These are little things that do not cost much and yet would make this a 5plus property.

Close to gondola, comfy beds, nice view!
Adorable condo with comfy bed and a short walk to both the gondola and shops. Enjoyed our stay and there is also storage for skis and a heated pool with 3 hottubs. Cooked all our meals, and the only thing we could have used was some storage containers for left overs and some basic spices etc. Everything was very nice and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Keystone again.

Great Condo
Only complaint is there’s a giant rusty metal moose head above the bed, mounted by a screw that was half way out of the drywall lol. I would suggest moving the moose head elsewhere - made me nervous every night! Otherwise loved the condo, very clean and cozy.

Great location and with a great view looking out over the pool up to the gondola. The pool can be a bit noisy, so keep that in mind. The elevator was out when we were there, which would not have been a big deal except that we had to haul everything thing up 5 flights of stairs!

Perfect summer trip
This property was so pretty and in a great location. We loved walking to the shops and riding the nearby gondola. I loved the pool area below. We have two kids and the sofa was just enough room for them to sleep. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. They also had fans which was nice. We loved it so much we are planning on visiting again and bringing our extended family next time! We went from Keystone to the Rocky Mountain National Forest and over to Estes Park and this was a great "tour" of Colorado vacation for our family.

The property was nice. The only disappointment was the elevator being out of service my entire stay. Since I was on the 4th floor 5th I would say from the parking garage. I checked in on a Thursday and out on Saturday. No elevator put a damper on how many times I was willing to go up and down the stairs during my stay. It took 2 trips to get my things into the condo then 2 trips again getting my things out to leave.

Perfect rental for a ski/hiking vacation in Keystone!
This unit was perfect for celebrating our 25th anniversary! It's within walking distance of the gondola and the shops/restaurants in River Run, and has a gorgeous view of the slopes. Also overlooks the pool and jacuzzis, which can be a little noisy, but not a problem since they close at 10 p.m.. Communication from the property management company is good, and if you pay attention to the emails they send you, there is absolutely no confusion/issues with checking in. Everything was in working order and bed was pretty comfortable. My only comments for improvement would be that it's getting time to update the unit (carpet's worn, bathroom and kitchen are a little dated) and they need to move the furniture so the couch faces the fireplace (or invest in an inexpensive corner seating arrangement and a couple of smaller chairs...and move the TV above the fireplace, if possible). Great size for a couple, or maybe a young family of four...it would get tight with older kids.

Great view, comfortable condo, but old appliances
The view was amazing and just a short walk to the gondola. The queen bed was comfortable. The only drawback were the appliances. We try to prepare many of our own meals, but the stove coils were so out-of-whack that the pots/pans kept sliding off and the dishwasher was leaky and loud.

Very Good Property
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a little tight for my family of four but for a long weekend, it was fine. This condo has a great mountain/slope view and also overlooks the pool and hot tubs. My only suggestion would be field the owner to add some towel hooks in the bathroom as there is no place to hang towels or suits. Also the condo building should add signage so it’s clear that you should take garbage to the parking level and not place by trash cans or in hall. All in all, it is as advertised and we’ll plan to return to this area and possibly same condo in future.

Not bad, for the location
Getting the key is kind of a pain. Make sure you do not loose it. The location is great, next to everything, quick walk to River Run and a great slope view. So the things I didn’t like, the room was clean but some of the pictures had fallen off the wall. Not a big deal just makes me nervous I will get charged for it. The building is really noisy, people at all hours slamming doors and screaming. You can hear the heater humming and hissing, also not so bad I wouldn’t stay again. The thing I didn’t like was the large amount of trash and pizza boxes at the end of every hallway on every floor. People just dumped their trash there. Other than the trash not too bad.

Great location ok property
The location is slope side which is excellent. The unit is pretty basic, not very well stocked, and minimal decor (no mountain/ski theme as you would expect). We had a good stay, but in a crowded condo market it needs more of a personal touch and better provisions for us to consider staying again. Layout is a little funky and location of the "kitchen table" doesn't make sense. I get the feeling that whoever owns it strictly has it as an investment property and likely doesn't stay here.

We were pleased with the location, the furnishings, and Keystone resort. However, we were disappointed with the tiny (TINY!) bathroom sink, toilet, shelving, and towel racks—not for lack of space (square footage).

Noisy
A lot of broken stuff. Mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain. They replaced it and new one was ripped. The noise from the pool was horrendous. If we New it was right above the pool we would never have rented. No early bed due to noise. Windows were broke and couldn’t open. Screens were bent and holy. Stove was almost in useable due to top loose and burners angled. Says it has a queen bed more like the size of a queen I had to sleep on the couch cause the bed was only enough room for my 8 year old 80lb son and wife.
