Perfect location

Small Yet Satisfying

We wanted to be close to the gondola in River Run Village. This spot did not disappoint! It was everything as described and then some. For us, parking in the heated, underground garage and not driving all over until checkout was fabulous! The ski locker on the premises added another layer of joy. We were comfortable in the space and thought the beds were great. We are serious coffee drinkers, so the 5-cup coffee pot didn’t go far and we brewed several a day. We hope to stay again.

Great place next to the slopes and excellent facilities

Everything was amazing! Enjoyed the sauna and the hot tubs downstairs. Covered parking was a plus. Excellent time on the mountain.

Just an ok stay

Water leaking under kitchen sink 1st day, then no water to dishwasher day 2, then more water issues with kitchen faucet day 3. Very worn/run down carpet, lumpy mattress, and very well used kitchen-ware means high rental without much attention to details. Not as clean as other places and needs improvement on cleaning I don’t want other peoples hair in bathroom and dining room floor. Location was great.

Silver Mill Stay

We really liked the proximity to the gondolas and being in the village. The beds weren't very comfortable, so our son and I slept on the couch. The garbage disposal backed up, but my handy hubby fixed it. We are considering staying here or trying a different condo next to this one to see if a few things are better at a different one next year. Also, we ended up leaving a day early due to weather, but we figured we couldn't get a refund, so we didn't even bother to check. Overall, it's a nice place, and we appreciated the friendly service, when I had to call about the garbage disposal, we would recommend this place.

Good place to stay

Was a nice stay but the property hot tubs were not always hot and enjoyable which was unfortunate and there is a restaurant or some event center right outside the window/balcony of the room and there was an after party there that went on till about midnight or later so that was loud and unfortunate. The place was nice tho and really comfy.

In resort, short walk to lifts

Nice, clean unit. End of hallway so no noise from outside. On low level close to the maintenance garage and Warren Station Center, so limited viewing of mountains and no view of resort shops. Easy walking everywhere. Ski locker was convenient.

Nice place in River Run

We enjoyed a ski trip to Keystone and staying at this condo. It’s very convenient to the gondola, ski rentals etc. We’ve been skiing keystone for many many years and staying in River Run is a great place to be. This unit was in very good condition and well stocked. All the essentials were there in the kitchen. We especially appreciated that the pans were in good condition and not all scratched up etc. the bed was comfortable. There were two humidifiers to deal with the Colorado dry air. The gas fireplace worked well and had nice ambiance. The tv had cable and some other streaming services. Internet worked great. Just a couple suggestions - on the building complex: there are three nice hot tubs but the jets weren’t operating on two of them and one wasn’t maintaining an appropriately warm temp. Improved signs in the garage near the elevators directing to the location of the trash and recycling would be nice. Also note, like much of Keystone, there is just one packing pass per unit. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location & Super Clean

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location to the slopes is within walking distance to the lift. So easy! As my teenage daughter commented, it is the cleanest VRBO that she has ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again! Side Note - Please have the property manager check the keys to the locker. There were two provided and only one worked. If you put them side by side, you can tell they are not the same key.

Management company wasn’t the best

Check in was sort of a cluster because the name was wrong and the lady at the desk very unprofessional and super rude about it. Then on day 2 of our stay the power went out in keystone which is no one’s fault except we needed to leave and no one would come manually open the underground garage so we were stuck for over an hour. Missed our reservations and no one came to our rescue after calling twice! Then I went to do laundry and wasted over $2 in trying to get the laundry soap to Dispense and called the company again and they said they’d let the hoa know but didn’t say anything about compensating us or get us detergent. Thanks to some other tenant for helping us! Just overall not happy about the management company running for the owners. As someone coming to keystone for the first time I’m not sure we’ll be back.

Wedding weekend

Overall, the rental was great. We were in town for a wedding and everything was on the property. We enjoyed our stay- location is easily accessible to everything on the property. Pictures of listing are slightly misleading of view from the balcony. Only other issue is that there is no air conditioning in any of the units. Windows open helps, but still pretty warm in the summer.

Great location - 3m walk to Gondola lift - Updated furnishings - Accommodates 2 adults/2 kids

Very happy with the location and accommodations. My wife and two adult kids had a great time staying and skiiing. The location is a very short walk to the gondola, and allows you to easily get to your room for lunch and back to skiing. Restaurants and shops are close, Hot Tubs are great after skiiing. Fireplace in room is cozy and kitchen is well equiped. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Great ski in/out location

Great location and nicely appointed condo in Silvermill. I've stayed at other condos in the same building that were not as nice. Heat works great, even had to crack a window to sleep.
