Embrace the unique charm of Keystone in our beautiful 4bed, 3Bath town home. Steps from Keystone River Run Village. Perfectly located only 1/2 mile from the village. Close to restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, hiking, biking, fishing and of course the world famous slopes of Keystone. All four work class resorts at your fingertips Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Arapaho Basin. Enjoy the starlet nights, breathtaking views right from our deck. Clubhouse includes pool and hot tub.

This spacious town home has room for the whole family with lots of amenities to enjoy and just a stone's throw from the Keystone Ski Resort. Enjoy the ski area views from the living area while staying cozy by the fireplace. Open concept living ensures that no one is left out and the fully stocked kitchen allows ease of cooking for a large group.

Additional features include 2 car garage plus 2 additional spaces, on site washer/dryer, and additional club house access. Club House amenities include pool, hot tub, common area, pool table, gym equipment, sauna, racquet ball court.

Fantastic summer mountain stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The owners are incredibly friendly and communicative. So much space for everyone to hang out together and the rooms are great. Our kids loved being able to use the pool and hot tub at the community space. Easy to get to Keystone restaurants and over to Breckenridge. We even had a bear wander by the back porch during breakfast one morning!

The property was as described. Great location in Summit County. It has one of the best stocked kitchens of any. The memory foam mattresses were a welcomed surprise, no worn-out beds. I would stay again!!

Broken radiator and terrible communication from host

As a family that has frequently used rentals/VRBO stays, I would not recommend staying at this property or working with this host. We arrived to the house at check in time and the house was 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The back door had been left wide open and unlocked. We turned up the thermostat and we called and messaged the host. We did not get a response for over an hour. In the mean time we discovered that the radiators were not working. We received a message back that informed us we could purchase fire wood at a local store to warm us without addressing the underlying concern or seeking to assist. This was the last any only response we got in what spiraled to be a terrible experience for our family. We attempted to call and message without reply as the temperature remained very cold and never got above 52 degrees. To make matters worse, the radiator in the room that had the back door began to leak profusely and we could not reach anyone for assistance. Water started to run down into one of the basement bedrooms. We tried to stop what water leakage we could and called the hosts several more times without response while also messaging through the app. We packed up and drove our family two hours to find another place to stay that was warm and free of leaking radiators. Even as we write the review, we have been unable to contact the host. VRBO attempted to contact them as well, without reply. Unprofessional and unsafe, worst VRBO stay we have ever had.
