“Nice hotel with helpful and friendly staffs! The location is a little bit far from airport, but it's not a big problem. We have a wonderful beach dinner time during the vocation. Awesome and valuable memories for us! ”

They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. “I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Massaman curry (one of the main courses of the complimentary dinner) was served with loads of oil. Reception staff were unfriendly (both the male manager on night shift and the female one on……

“酒店職員「屈」我飲咗minibar內的烈酒，我話我根本唔會飲烈酒，佢竟然話:「可能你飲咗但唔記得......我話我只係飲咗beer，完全冇「掂」過minibar內的烈酒，咁不如報警.....最後佢話佢付款了事。奉勸各位，呢間酒店會放「超」多零食及飲料响minibar，價錢好平，所以我都飲咗4支chang beer，但話我飲咗支烈酒就「明屈」，各位小心D。”

“人比較少，開車到市區要一陣子，但環境清幽，整潔度佳房間大、也有自己的小泡澡泳池；海邊的景觀非常驚人的美，員工也很熱情，如果自駕的話很值得一住”

“during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff……

“Good value for money, lovely location - beachfront and walking distance to Lamai night market (and plenty if other markets). Wifi could be better, same for breakfast selection (limited choice). Villas are good size and comfortable.”

“Near Beach and swimming pool, Good Breakfast and Service. Every room has place for hanging our wet clothes. They even offered us a free shower room after check out so that we can still enjoy the beach. The Thai Massage by Beach is Excellent!! Lamai Beach is less crowed as Chaweng. I found this place relaxing.”

“It’s a really quiet place to lived in. The reception is very good in many’s to result your problems. It very close to the main waking street, diners, tough place,and night clubs. If you want some peace in mind, here is the place you want to stay in. By renting bike,you can go any beach you want.”
