「The Ritz experience truly amazes you. From the moment you step in, the staffs all address you by your name, which is truly amazing. The staffs are always ready to serve, with much enthusiasm even though some of them were working the night before. It was truly an amazing stay, made special by the staffs. Kudos to Ritz. 「it is beautiful property, had excellent time during my stay, staff members are excellent and my special thanks to chef Mukesh Mishra who took care of my wife's food as she was on special diet and also Pallavi and Tinu who made our birthday celebration really special and Mathachan severed really good cocktails.
