The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

"One of our best experiences ever. Ching is amazing, and attentive, helpful and so so so kind. The villa itself is wonderful. Its beautiful and big. I do wish they had conditioner available as is always needed after a day in the sea + pool. but that is just such a minor gripe. We had arranged for breakfast each day (delicious), and dinner one night (amazingggggggggggggggg), and nightly spa treatments (divinee). Ching also helped us with a phi phi island private tour, which was perfect....

You can also call the driver Chai up until 10 pm for excursions around town. The house is very large with 5 bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms and a full kitchen. There were 8 of us and it never felt crowded. We spent a lot of time in the infinity pool and it’s just a few steps to the beach. Ao Nang is about 10-15 minutes...
