"Great location near the Russian Market with many options for both local and international food. It was convenient to have our own kitchen for breakfasts and a washing machine for laundry. "This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The management and staff were brutal. Everything is broken and run down. It’s impossible to get help with anything, no one seems to know what they are doing.
You couldn’t pay me to go back. "

"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."
