“This is a training center, so don't expect high-end hotel service. The staff was VERY attentive, though. Just a little rough around the edges. Our food was custom made to order and we always had three or four waiters to take care of us. The courtyard and surrounding areas is beautiful. Clearly they take pride in their gardens. The rooms are clean, but very basic. The mattress was hard by U.S. standards. There was no comfortable seating area in the room. Honestly there wasn't room for it.……

“We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed……
