To one side is a sunlit breakfast nook with a row of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the pond views and a glass door to the screened porch, with its own panoramic water views and an outdoor dining set seating four. To another side is the living room with vaulted ceiling, sofa bed offering extra sleeping space, and new glass doors opening to the screened porch.
