Nice stay small details

We found house comfortable and nice. Small details No Kleenex in bathrooms, kitchen should have some condiments to cook with ( salt and pepper ) Guest should be told about village and market there. List of Resturants with recommendations would have been helpful. Nothing expensive but some nice details should be thought of.

Couples Reunion

107 Goldeneye was perfect for our party of 5 couples. Large kitchen, large dining room and large living room made it possible for all of us to gather while we cooked, shared meals and played games. Beautifully decorated. A gorgeous and spacious retreat perfect for 10+ people. We’d love to return some day soon.

Except for leasing a 7 bedrooms for the whole family to be together, we had to divide the family and we were separated by 18 minute drive. But the house was great, except for missing a king bedroom suite.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this home on Kiawah Island with our extended family of 16, ranging in age from 22 to 88. The house was the perfect size for our group—spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it.The management company was excellent. A few small issues popped up—an iron we couldn’t find, a shortage of tea towels, a smoke alarm set off by some enthusiastic bacon cooking, and a thermostat issue upstairs. Each time, they responded quickly and professionally. They even went shopping that morning to bring us an iron and more towels, had someone out to reset the alarm, and had the thermostat fixed within the hour.With a big group in a large home, you expect a few hiccups, but their attentiveness made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Not as good as we had hoped The pool was not heated the last three to four days of the vacation .Had to leave a day early because the kids could not swim . Did not get a call back from ESPM about the problem The house was not clean on the second floor Teh was no can opener and the broom was so old we had a hard time cleaning We stayed with ESPM before and had a better experience Hope we can do better the next time Thnaks Dr John

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great time, great location, great house. Easily accommodated 16 family members. Mostly pluses, but some significant minuses below, especially considering cost and upscale aspect of the property. Would recommend place but with reservations regarding minuses:- 2 broken shower doors upstairs. One door: person got locked in shower; could not open second door, shower unusable. Maintenance did not return to fix.- outside pool and kitchen area and furniture dirty. We had to wipe down. Maint came second day & wiped down (said they had also just done previous to our arrival). Understand that time of year with pollen etc a challenge to keep clean but should have been power washed & cleaned right before arrival. "Power wash scheduled for next week" per maintenance. Not good for us. - Inside should have been cleaner: cobwebs, bugs.- 2nd floor bathroom tub not draining. Maint guy said he would return with draino. Did not.

The Direct Tv didn’t work, on the second one air conditioning unit went out, the back yard pool and cooking area was not clean. After calling ESPM did get all problems solved and gave is a 10% credit. For our inconvenience.

Great spot for the whole family to gather

Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect spot for our extended family to gather for a much-overdue reunion. There was more than enough space and the location made for a very easy bike ride to the beach and the heated pool was another great option. Unfortunately, when we checked in the pool appeared to not have been maintained for quite some time - there were large branches in the bottom and a ring of pollen and/or scum around the sides of the pool.The management was great to work with but it did still take the pool company a couple days to come and clean it. Luckily we were staying for a week rather than a weekend, so it ended up being ok and we weren't charged to heat the pool on the days we couldn't use it. We didn't use one of the bedrooms because there were what appeared to be mouse droppings on the carpet -- an issue we didn't raise because we wanted to enjoy the trip and not deal with more house issues, so we just shut the door and didn't use the room. Overall, the management was very helpful in recommending beach gear and bike rentals, and everything else went off without a hitch. We had a great time!

Really nice living spaces and bedrooms throughout. Having rented high-end houses in Kiawah before... it certainly met our needs, but I was disappointed with a few things...1. There was a foul odor in multiple rooms in the house - combo of sewer and natural gas2. Multiple toilets did not flush completely and needed to be serviced during our stay3. Some aspects of the home were clearly beat up a bit from rental use (e.g., ripped carpet leading up staircase could have been a trip hazard)I would consider staying here again if I needed a home of this size and the issues above were remedied.

The home is spacious, clean, and has everything you may need, from stocked plates, cups, etc. to an amazing pool and hot tub. It's also in a great location on the island, making it easy for us to bike to the beach, town market, etc. Renting from this company also made planning for vacation very easy. They gave recommended places to order groceries from, rentals, etc. I highly recommend booking!
