“I love that there’s a restaurant, but prices are really too high, 10000 for a glass of wine for instance. There are people like me who come to Africa because of the culture and learning, not because we are rich. I hope Oasis Park can make a difference in this area, be affordable and empathetic towards tourists.”

“It is located in the city center and close to many places. Main market is close by and also there are a variety of restaurants in the area. Nice traditional market next to the hotel. ”

“Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. ”

“This property is in a perfect location. Everything you need is in walking distance. There were so many resturants nearby. We went for ice cream many times at an ice cream shop down the street. The grocery store at the MTN center; which is less than a 5 minute walk, was also convenient. The staff was friendly. The whole neighborhood was great.”

“This trip has been fantastic. The location was good and the neighbourhood very calm. The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. I found them a bit cold. This price is worthy ”

The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!”
