“Uhuru was a nice place to stay, and the staff was truly lovely, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The price was also quite reasonable. The biggest challenge was the frequent power outages. I understand that this was an issue with the local power grid and completely outside of the hotel’s control, but unfortunately, it did impact my experience. The power went out every day or night during my stay, sometimes for extended periods, which meant no lights and no access to WiFi. I also……

“Arrived late and were greeted by staff who even made us a meal despite the late hour. Room was tired, scuffy with stained cushions. Pillows had dried blood and mold stains so needed changing immediately, which was done. Ours was meant to be Delux Garden View, we had a corridor view through front window and a brick wall view through seriously cement stained back window so we didn't open curtains during our time there. The hot water either scalding or freezing, nothing in-between. The WiFi was off……

“I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel owner. We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed. Since then, the owner has ignored our messages and refused to respond or take responsibility. This felt unprofessional,……

“Quand nous sommes arrivés la chambre etait déjà prise par quelqu’un d’autre mais ils ont su réagir tout de suite en nous relogeant pour la première nuit ! Le lendemain nous avons pu profiter de ce logement très propre le personnel et très serviable ! A environ 2 km à pied de la grande route principale ! Le plus dans ce logement c la proximité d’une plage de rêve calme et sans personne c t le top”

“MINUS 10 STARS!! Went from bad to worse from the time we arrived. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. Then went in total darkness with no back-up generator available and we were told it happens all the time. Staff was hard to find even with a 'reception' area. All around a horrible experience. Plus, we forgot to take 1 item……

“The property was amazing, the room is spacious with it own bathroom. Very clean and the staff are just amazing, easy to communicate with and very helpful especially Jaalha and the lady doing cleaning👏👏👌👌❤️”
