「Room was clean spacious and acceptable. Sparingly/minimally furnished. Just a little stool not even a chair on which to sit. This could be easily improved. Grace the host was very courteous and helpful though.」

「The room was fine, but the Pictures didn’t match what was actually given to us. the sliding door to the porch did not lock & the bathroom window didn’t shut all the way which made us worry about bugs. The AC worked great which is always nice. they had breakfast and a restaurant, but you had to eat it in your room.」

「Here are a few issues I had at the apartment 1. Noticed the door at the living room is always opened and a staff member can just barge in. It was like the living room is an extension of their office. I didn't appreciate it and tried enforcing privacy at some time and was told to just focus on my room. 2. I constantly had to remind the manager about internet disruption, electricity getting exhausted. If you are a business person, I would not recommend this apartment. 3. Janvier is a nice guy....

「Foreign owned property. Rooms extremely small. Bedsheets clean but with holes. Smoking in rooms was allowed which I did not like at all. Stuff was friendly. Location safe. On site Asian convenient store. Restaurant only started breakfast at 7 so I could not eat before the airport. Onsite shuttle to airport included in services」

Onsite pool restaurant with music and occasionally entertainment at night. 24 hours dry cleaning available and affordable. 24 hour guard and fenced property. Walking distance to bank, conference room and grocery store as well as restaurants and lounges.」

「The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. 」

「Offers airport pick up but has no capacity or organization to make it happen. The staff was nice and polite but undertrained. Meals were poorly prepared. Failed to clean bathroom On one occasion and did not replenish soap. They were nice but over promised and under delivered. 」
