“An exceptional hotel, very helpful staff, safe, quiet, excellent service and beautiful amenities. ”

“My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips”

“The staff were available 24/7. The included breakfast was the best meal of the day. The location was terrific for our conference at the International Conf Centre which is easily walkable. The price was “a deal”. In future, “my venue” in Kigali. 4 . ”
