Great place!

Liz was great to deal with. She was responsive and wanted to make sure things were right with our stay. Quiet and an easy walk to the beach with dining next door as well. The pool was well kept. Watched sunset at the beach with the chairs from the room.

Granddaughter graduation trip.

We loved the location, close to restaurants, and other sites. We loved that we could walk to the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation.

Quick walk to the beach! I loved having all the extras available (beach chairs, umbrella, and more) available to enjoy at the beach each day. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Great condo, great resort, great location

I don't know why this condo had a few bad reviews. It was clean, well equipped, well appointed, and the location was great ... 600 feet to the beach, half a dozen good restaurants within a five minute walk, good snorkeling at beach 2, better at beach 3. We'll be there again.

The property was exactly as described. They have tons of beach toys, snorkeling, chairs, umbrella, ice chest. It was super convenient.

Undisclosed Air Conditioning Fee

I cannot express how astonished and disappointed we were upon viewing our invoice and finding an undisclosed 50 fee for air conditioning use. It took us two days to figure out how to use the air conditioning unit and then it was only operated while we were present in the unit, which was not very often. We feel lied to and scammed and would never recommend this property to anyone. We respectfully request a refund of that ridiculous unfounded AC fee!!

Great stay.

The property and location were great. The owners were too. I had one issue. I was there for work and needed to iron a shirt. I was able to use the iron but it was leaking water and needed to be replaced. I texted the owners and they offered to run another right over. I didn’t need it but wanted to let them know it was shot. Liz and Chuck were awesome!

We would definitely book this property again. My wife and I have stayed at 4 different condos in Maui, this one shines. Only critique- Didn’t appreciate the checking out rules saying do all your dishes. That’s why we pay a cleaning fee. Further more, having guests clean dishes etc. there is no quality control. I guess we are just to assume everyone cleaning up after themselves does a basic standard quality job. Other than that critique- 5 stars…

The property was very comfortable for my party of two people. The walk to the beach was a short walk and easy. We had plenty of parking, so there were no problems there. Whether we decided to sit on the beach and swim or sit by the pool and swim it was very comfortable and quiet. The shops and restaurants on the street were very close and easy to walk to.

Went to Costco before checking in, didn’t need to. So many amenities in the unit, especially foodstuffs. Comfortable and clean. Right across from the beach and near shops and restaurants.

Expected more, but it is what it is

I was very disappointed with the fact that the bed I was going to sleep in on my first night was not clean. It was specially concerning due to the fact that we are dealing with a pandemic and cleansing should be a priority for all. The location was great and after the property manager came to address our concerns, my wife and I where able to relax and enjoy our stay. The place is outdated and needs updating, perhaps that is a personal preference but I feel I need to be transparent and honest in the feedback I provided.
