2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo in Elua Village, Wailea's premier, gated beachfront destination. Nice ocean views from the lanai, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. True beach front complex. Our unit is just a 4 minute walk to Ulua beach (consistently voted one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui).
Complete renovation in Fall 2018. All new appliances, air conditioning, furnishings, & travertine stone flooring. Mahogany doors, granite and custom cabinets throughout. Oversized private front lanai plus a private fenced back patio. Two full bathrooms, premium furnishings and large HD flat screen tv's. Premier-hotel grade luxury pillow-top beds, Residential sized washer and dryer,Motorized shades for front and back lanai.
Coffee lovers? There is a Nespresso machine, a Keurig pod machine and a full pot drip brewer. Pull-out sleeper sofa in living room (new in 2025) has a premium 8” pillow top mattress. Far superior to a hotel stay, once you try a resort condo you’ll never go back.
NOTE: 3 things to be aware of when shopping condos;
1) Ocean Views; A number of units claim “ocean views” when in fact the view is only from a balcony. Consider the perspective shown on the photos. Our unit 2105 has an excellent ocean view from the master, living room, kitchen AND lanai.
2) Beach View, or Beach FRONT? Most Wailea resort complexes have ocean views, but many require you to drive (and hunt for parking) OR to cross busy roads to access the beach (while shlepping your gear). Elua Village is LITERALLY ocean front. You will also love the convenient beach showers, the ocean front pool, and huge private ocean front lawn with loungers. Enjoy some of the best snorkeling & stand-up paddle boarding on the island without ever having to leave the resort (See the guest photos of turtles & rays, taken just off our beach).
3) Fitness Center - Few of the vacation rental complexes in Kihei or Wailea have a fitness center. Elua's is ocean front... pretty hard to beat! We also provide yoga mats in our condo for your convenience.
Elua Village has a Pickle ball court with gear provided.
Bring the family - Lots of water toys & private back yard for the kids. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, tennis & pickleball rackets and ice chests provided. You will also find a nice selection of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and sun mats.
Bedroom #2 is set as a king. (Photo is illustration only) It can be split to 2 adult twins for an additional $100 hskpr charge).
ELECTRONICS; Our condo has USB fast charge outlets throughout, 2 desk top USB/AC chargers. Large HD flat screens, Blue Ray player w Netflix, and a state of the art Marshall amp/speaker with Blue tooth connection for your music enjoyment.
Look closely at photos of similar Elua units and you can see that ours is one of only a few where the master bath was expanded to add a large walk in shower plus soaking tub, and the kitchen was expanded and opened up to the living room and ocean view. (By eliminating unnecessary closets and moving the AC and hot water into the garage.) This was an extensive renovation component that makes 2105 markedly superior to units without this change. The Mahogany doors, premium cherry cabinetry and crown molding speak to the level of quality throughout.
Elua Village is one of the most desirable developments in Wailea with 152 condos spread out over 24 acres of lush, private tropical landscaping. An amazing destination with 24 hour security gated entry, a private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jogging paths, a party/barbecue pavilion, pickle-ball court, fitness room & more. (Take a look at the drone photos!)
Ulua beach is listed in Frommers and Lonely planet as one of the top beaches on the island. (Trip Advisor rates it #16 in the US!) Beautiful sunsets, gentle surf and gorgeous white sand. The beach is book-ended with two small healthy reefs where you’ll see thousands of fish and many turtles.
Golfers? The world renowned Wailea "Blue Course” is directly across the street from Elua Village. Enjoy stunning ocean views from virtually every hole together with vistas of Haleakala and lush, tropical Hawaiian gardens.
Tennis? Wailea Tennis Club is across the street and one of the top clubs in the country. Clinics, lessons, pairings, tournaments, its all right here!
Adventure- Let us help you plan some of the unusual adventures we love. Spear fishing? Horse back riding? Ever worked cattle from a horse? We can help you plan everything from a real submarine ride, the best farmers markets, bike rides and more.
HIKING: Spend some time with the Maui Hiker book in the unit. Dozens of great hikes on the island, from rain forests to Haleakala Crater “desert” hikes. (Feel free to scribble notes and suggestions to others in the guide!)
The complex has convenient walking paths to next door resorts; the Andaz Maui, Wailea Beach Marriott, Grand Wailea, and The Four Seasons Maui Resort, all with world class spas to choose from. (Many of our guests are conference attendees seeking more of a “retreat” experience at our place.) These nearby resorts offer both casual and upscale dining options, so you can eat in or dine out with equal convenience and quality.
The #1 voted Luau on the island is right next door at the Marriott. The Shops at Wailea, adjacent to the property offer a diverse variety of upscale and casual dining options, plus retail shopping from Tommy Bahama & Lululemon to Louis Vuitton. You will enjoy the Island Gourmet Market (Think of an island-style Whole Foods market) with excellent grocery and prepared food selections. With this mall next door and the beach in front of you, you truly don’t need a rental car.
