Awesome condo and location

We had a fantastic stay in this clean and comfortable condo. The proximity to the beach is great. The onsite manager was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't have found a better place. Excellent experience!

Great stay!

Everything about our experience with this property was outstanding! The complex is meticulously maintained including the pool, pool restrooms, outdoor grills, foot/sand washing areas, parking lot, etc. The complex is located directly across the street from a beautiful beach that is safe for play and/or watching sunsets. Our unit was in great condition and was perfectly equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The two bedrooms had good air conditioning units but the kitchen and living space did not. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you.

The Best Maui Vacation

The condo had everything we look for; clean in the condo and the grounds, the pool and grills. Equipped with everything we needed! The location was across from beautiful beaches and the view from the lanai was great! The rental process and communication from rental management was excellent. Would definitely want to stay again!.

Amazing location and condo!

Such a nice condo and location! Could easily walk to the beaches and shops. The property manager was so helpful as well! She was so friendly and nice to our kids. Definitely made us feel very welcomed at the condo!

Fantastic piece of paradise!

A beautiful condo, perfectly situated. Stunning views of the ocean and literally across the street from the spectacular beaches. The condo was exactly as promised and more - perfect for our family of 4. Great location, so many amenities, fantastic responsiveness and communication with the owner, comfortable, cool and modern - and the list goes on. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back again soon.

Great location

Just as advertised, the condo was beautiful & spacious. Great amount of space for the family. Loved having access to the beach for early morning snorkeling with the turtles and clean community grilling for dinner at night. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely return.

Great stay!

Great condo. We were on the third floor overlooking the pool and Kam 3 Beach. Kitchen well equipped (updated pans would be good). In the storage box outside we're beach chairs, umbrellas and a smaller cooler (used that daily).

Great stay, clean property and wonderful customer service

The property was great and in an excellent location right across from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, very clean and well-stocked. Communication from Vacation-Maui was proactive and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when we had a last minute scheduling request. Would definitely book again on a return trip.

Over great stay

Location is spectacular, it was clean, nice. All needed amenities. Manager on site is awesome. I just wish there was AC in the living room. We completely missed that in the description of the property, so it was a surprise when we got a welcome email.

Nice spot!

Nice spot, well maintained and next to a beautiful beach park. Lisa Sue the manager was great and always super helpful and friendly. Had some wifi issues which made working a little bit of a challenge, but they were helpful in finding a solution, and it all worked out in the end.

Nice place near the beach

This 2 bd 2 ba apartment was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The parking was tight but there was an assigned parking space off the street. The weather was very cloudy and humid during our stay, so the overhead fans saved the day as the typical Maui breeze was abscent. AC is generally not needed, but the bedroom AC units were a blessing. Very nice pool, friendly on site manager, and fairly quiet. I would love to stay here again, but maybe in September!

Nice apartment

Nice apartment, overall very clean. Umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach provided. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only downside is that there is no AC in the living area and it can get hot, but some vents are provided. The lady, who is the property manager is very friendly and helpful in any situation.

Location, location, location

A nice, clean condo with an ocean view to die for. In a great neighborhood with easy access to everything. Right across the street from the beach. A lovely pool and immaculate grounds. The only downside is that there is NO AC in the common areas, so the place is HOT in the daytime. The bedrooms, fortunately, are beautifully cooled — although the AC units are loud, so earplugs are helpful.

First time in a rental condo

We loved our stay in the rental. It was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The grounds were always clean and well manicured. The property manager was friendly and did a great job answering any questions. The only thing I can suggest is to make the tenants aware that they need to watch and dump the bucket of condensation water behind the master bedroom air conditioner or it will spill/overflow. We would recommend this condo and would stay again.

Fantastic location and Views

This was our first visit to Maui. The location was awesome. We explored all of the island but are happy our “home” for the week was in Kihei. Plenty of restaurants and beaches close. Kamaole Beach access just steps away. Everything was perfect. The ocean breeze kept the living room cool. A/C unit in bedroom kept sleeping comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coffee pot for carafe and pods, toaster, etc. fully stocked for a great week. Thank you.

Family of three visit Maui

We were very pleased with everything! The location and ease of parking were especially good. In the unit, the laundry and all other appliances were new and in top shape. We had everything we needed. The bath towels were also new and fluffy (even nicer than some hotels). Would definitely go back! Highly recommend for families with young children. No partying or loud guests. We felt very safe. Finally, property management was very helpful onsite! All common facilities were clean, well-kept and very pleasant.

Springtime trip to Maui

This place was everything the listing described and more. It was so clean and well stocked. We have stayed in a fair number of rental condos, and they are all pretty adequate. This unit was above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in most of the time. Although we did not grill out, the grills were very nice and always clean. There were even four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas, all clean and in good working order. The towels were nice quality, both the bath towels and beach towels. The cellphone and internet connection were good. The TVs (living room and each bedroom) worked well and they had great instructions how to use them. The A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool along with the cross ventilationThe manager, Lisa Sue, was very welcoming, she treated everyone like family, personable yet professional. She was always available if we needed anything. She kept everything very clean, the grounds, the pool, the grill, the entryways. The communication from the management company was just enough. We felt well informed yet not pestered. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The next time we are in Maui, we will definitely stay here.
