Great property!

This was a very nice, clean place located near a great beach, restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds and nice big bathroom with a great shower and a separate toilet room. The kitchen was well equipped. The parking spot was right outside the unit. We would stay here again!

Overall a wonderful stay

Communication with the property manager (My Perfect Stay) was excellent. The unit suited our needs and was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The lanai is very small though, and the air conditioning unit, which was situated on the lanai was loud and crafty. The only real downside to our stay was the unexpected construction immediately outside the bedroom which started early in the morning and was loud and disruptive (though the workers were courteous and apologetic). It meant that for the last three days of our stay we were unable to use the lanai and had to leave the unit, which was a challenge for our elderly mom.

Relaxing Stay in Kihei

We loved staying at this lovely condo near the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed included beach chairs, beach towels and body boards. A bonus is that it's also air conditioned. Communication with Amanda was very easy but honestly we didn't even need to get in touch after we got access as we had ZERO issues. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean, and modern and close to the beach, highway, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. We are a family of five (3 kids) and it comfortable for all of us with ample plates, cups, coffee, bedding, WIFI, and 3 TVs too, etc. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Very nice and clean.

Our family had a great stay here. Close proximity to a great beach for sunsets, body surfing and overall swimming and snorkeling. Very central located for easy access for other activities. Pool and hot tub was very nice. Pool has a BBQ for community use. Walking distance for grocery stores, churches, restaurants, beaches. Great for families. Very quiet community. Very much enjoyed the island and condo stay!
