Great base from which to hit all the beaches and snorkeling sites and close to groceries and restaurants just our style. Quiet and restful ... and a great view!

Great condo with oceanview

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in quiet community. Very clean, well-maintained 1b/2 full bath with wall a/c units in master and livingroom. A/c units keep condo very comfortable. King bed very comfy with quality linens and towels. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook or make a picnic lunch. We loved that the condo was on the 1st level. Enjoyed the oceanview everyday. Owners very responsive with any issues. Loved the owner recommendations for activities and restaurants. Check-in and access to condo very easy. I would recommend this condos for a great vacation. We'll book this unit again.

Great place, great hosts, super location

We liked it very much. And the hosts have a good attention to details. The day of the check in I received a text. making sure I had the access information, which had come in the email several days before. Everything you need us there chairs boogie boards, coolers, well-stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, etc. There was just two of us but there’s a pull out bed and lots of air mattresses and things like that if you’re a family and plenty of room upfront to spread them out, that’s a nice family touch. Highly recommended the only reason I would say anything else is so it’s open the next time I want to go ha ha because we would definitely go back. Thank you, Kevin.

Great stay!

We spent a month in this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is great and the sunsets off the lanai were incredible. BBQ is easy access from the unit. Would stay again.

A week in beautiful Maui

The place was great - clean and fresh and with everything we needed! The condo layout is very nice as is the view from the back lanai out over the lovely beach with a perfect view of the sunset. All of the trimmings were perfect and very modern. The area is perfect - seems a bit more laid back than west Maui with easy access to great activities.

Beautiful location and clean

Beautiful location close to beaches. Clean home with all amenities needed including cookware, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, towels, sheets, dish soap/detergent and washer/dryer detergent/dryer sheets. Very impressed! Access to pool in the condos was nice as well. Beautiful views of the sunset over the ocean each night as well.

Wonderful vacation

This unit is in the perfect location for access to beaches, walking/running and easy to get to the highway to travel the island. We've stayed here twice now.The only downside for this trip was there was a cable install and an exterminator visit. These were out of the control of the owner, so it's not their fault, but it required some extra last minute planning on our part to be out of the unit. We would definitely stay here again regardless.

Relaxing and comfortable!

This is our second time staying at this unit, and enjoyed it both times. We saw whales out in the ocean right from the Lanai almost daily, along with spectacular sunsets! The bed was comfy, and the amenities perfect for a Home away from home. It is a close walk to several different beaches, and restrauants. Dealing with the owners of this unit was easy and hassle free! Thank you Matt and Shu! S.P.

Convenient, Classy Condo in Kihei

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in the middle of April, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is fantastic, just a 3 minute walk to beautiful Kamaole III beach with a closet full of chairs, boogie boards, coolers, toys, beach towels, and other water amenities to bring along! The check-in process was easy and just as explained. The people at the main office were very friendly and helpful. The condo itself is spotlessly clean. Everything is in great condition and working order with plenty of seating, and decorated nicely for the occasion. We did not use the pull-out bed, but there were plenty of other linens to use for the king bed including warm soft blankets, and extra pillows. I needed a little extra padding for the bed, so I used the extra mattress pad and blankets and slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple, or a couple with kids. There's lots to do all around, but going to the beach everyday suited us just fine. The only need-to-know is that the condo gets hot without the A/C running, but the A/Cs have timers to help cool the place down before you get home. I gave the condo 5 stars, but I'd give it 6 stars if the A/C units were a bit quieter and took less arranging. But hey, at least they have A/C! I can't recommend this condo enough. Enjoy!

It was a great location but the sofa which we did not use as a bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV! One of the track sliders was dirty not cleaned! And the Lanai lacked obiance just not real inviting!!

Great condo

Great location, all comforts of home, clean and well provisioned. Facilities very good (grills, pools…) and location across from Kamaole beach 3 and tour boat launch is perfect. Owners responsive and engaged and clearly care about property and ensuring a great stay. Had a GREAT time.

Perfect location.

Perfect location. So close and convenient to beaches, restaurants and stores in Kihei and Wailea. We were able to watch the beautiful sunset from our lanai each evening. We would stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

We had never visited Maui and were not sure if we had picked a good property and location. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The place is really nice, clean and everything in working order. The location is awesome with great beaches and views. It’s stocked with all the things you need for a nice day at the beach it’s walkable to nice areas to eat and drink, but we mostly used Uber to save time.

Perfect condo with amazing location

The property was wonderful. Just as described in the listing. And the location couldn't be beat - across the street from the beach and a beautiful little walking path with turtles swimming below, plus walking to food.

Wonderful condo!

I really enjoyed my time in this condo - it's quiet, spacious, with a lovely patio and view... plus something rare - a fully equipped kitchen with counter space and a actual appliances! You can cook here! It's located at the Wailea end of Kehei close to a great beach and within a few minutes of lovely Wailea beaches. Maui isn't large, so you can easily drive everywhere - it took us 15 minutes to get to Paia and the jungle. The owners are very friendly and use the condo themselves. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Sunsets

The condo is perfectly situated to view some of the most beautiful sunsets that can be experienced. The property was well maintained, clean and located in a fine place to take advantage of beach and other activities on Maui. The condo was well appointed with up to date bathroom and kitchen facilities. We especially liked the small back private patio for early morning coffee .

Kihei condo with awesome view.

Matt and Shu’s place is delightful, a quick walk to the beach park. A little bit longer walk to restaurants like Cafe O’lei and Coconuts. A more energetic stroll takes you along miles of shoreline trails. Shu is the best and easily available.
