Book with confidence, this nicely remodeled, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (1450 sq. ft) condo that is newly remodeled. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We manage many condos at Kamaole Sands, are located within a mile of the resort, and are available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We had a great time at this condo in South Kihei on the 4th floor of Kamole Sands resort. It was literally right across the street (easy walk) from Kam-3 beach. Sunset views from lanai. The condo was well provisioned, providing a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Very comfortable for my family of six. Convenient location to explore all of Maui. Would highly recommend!

This property was the perfect spot both for access to Maui’s beautiful beaches plus serve as a central point for our adventures on the island. Perfect accommodations. Even the utensils and pots and pans were organized and fully equipped. Great property!

Nice visit to South Kihei

We had a great time in this condo with our grown children/spouses and grandchild. The place was clean, roomy enough and we were happy with the three bathrooms. Finding a 3-bedroom unit was appreciated- especially with an ocean view. The beach gear was great and we especially appreciated the wagon with all the baby gear. The location on the south end of Kihei was good for traveling to southern beaches without wading through Kihei traffic. We would stay here again.

Love Kamaole Sands!

This is our 4th time staying at the Kamaole Sands complex and 1st time in this unit. The unit was well equiped and maintained. We were comfortable as 5 adults in the unit. Check in and out processes were seamless. Communication very good with PMI Maui.

An amazing stay!

We had such a great time staying at this location. 6 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday - and it was perfect! Plenty of space, VERY walkable to the beach and coffee/food, and well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Matt was super responsive as well. Would highly recommend this spot!

Very nice view and very well located

The condo is very clean and well equipped. The rooms are nice in size but the beds in room upstairs are more meant for kids as the mattresses are very thin and uncomfortable. The AC outlet is on the balcony (true for every unit in the complex) and makes the balcony quite uncomfortable due to the heat coming out of it. It is a good way to dry you towels though! The Ac of the room facing the stairs is quite noisy , same dor the sealing fan. So if you're a light sleeper you'll need to turn them off, but it'll get hot. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Awesome place

We were in Maui to celebrate three friends turning 50. It was the perfect place with views of the sunset to die for. Place was clean and very well equiped. There was only one thing...the washer needs a little cleaning, it had a foul smell. But overall a wonderful place and we are more than happy to come back.

Awesome condo in paradise!

We chose this condo because it was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do! We found it to be correctly advertised! It was a beautiful condo within a beautiful resort. The condo along with the grounds were exceptionally clean and well-kept. Each room had an AC unit and they worked fabulous. The rooms were almost sound proof too. We stayed in the master and we couldn’t hear our 3 adult (18-22 year olds) children and mother while in our room nor anything going on outside. The condo was fully stocked including plenty of trash bags, laundry/dishwasher supplies. It had 5 beach chairs, a few umbrellas, 8-10 beach towels, 2 ice chests and a boogie board. We left 10 pool noodles behind to add to their beach supply. Multiple entertainment needs are met with games, books and movies provided in the condo. The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. This condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and sits directly facing the ocean. The walk to the ocean takes approximately 5 minutes which is a nice stroll through the beautifully landscaped Kamaole Sands property. Many restaurants (Fred’s Mexican was our favorite), ice cream shop, and shopping are within walking distance from the condo and we felt very safe in this neighborhood walking. Many people were out walking also and the weather/breezes made walking enjoyable! I highly recommend this condo and I would stay here again if we make it back to Maui.

Clean, High Quality, Great Location

Our family of six, all older than 19, stayed comfortably in the Kamaole Sands Condo. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, as were the closets full of everything we needed for the beach. Having three bathrooms was a wonderful luxury and the view from the Lanai was beautiful. Overall, the entire complex was extremely clean and the views from the back entrance were gorgeous. We could walk to the beach(es) and shops. We can't say enough about this rental.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! The unit had everything our family of 5 needed and more. The property and grounds are very well manicured and kept. I also liked that we had an assigned parking space. Wonderful 3 bdrm/3 bath resort stay and close proximity to the beach.

Great location

The location was wonderful and the pool and beach were amazing. The condo was clean and fit 7 people (2 adults and 5 teenagers) well. The upstairs loft (3rd bedroom) is open to the space so not great for light sleepers but had plenty of room. A/C worked excellent and kept the place nice and cool. The A/C exhaust on the Lania was annoying although understandable due to the home owner rules. I would suggest the owner install a small screen or partition to direct the hot air off of the balcony away from the chairs. Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely go back again.
