Living Room: This elegantly decorated room is everything you will need to rest and relax after a day of Maui fun in the sun. Enjoy sitting back on the comfortable sofa or read a book in the armchair. Watch a surfing movie on your flat screen tv and pull out the sofa sleeper for extra sleeping capacity. With views of the lush tropics, this room will sure to delight you. This room is also open to the dining area where there is seating for 4.

Kitchen: This kitchen is stocked with full size appliances, granite counters and nice wood cabinets. You will love having the convenience of a full kitchen on your Maui vacation where you can blend a tropical drink and relax on your lanai or prepare an entire thanksgiving meal.

Master Bedroom: This bright and open room is the perfect place to get some rest from after a day at the world famous Kihei beaches. Equipped with a King size bed, 2 large closets and large shelves, there is plenty of room to spread out in here. Hang your swimsuits or dry out your beach gear and get some rest here. You will love the fun and bright feel of this bedroom.

Lanai: You will love siting out on your private lanai with views of the incredible tropical foliage and partial ocean views. Sip on a tropical drink or pupu and cool off in the breeze!

Great location but needs some updates
We typically stay in Kihei Akahi. The condo was super convenient. It needs some minor updates, which we shared with the rental company. Overall a great trip.

Although the original listing said it was an Ocean view it turned out to be a partial view. The place was nice and well equipped. The only problem was the bedrooms have windows that are on the walkway. They are high enough for privacy but you can hear your neighbors if they are loud in their condos in the late evenings. You can also hear people talking as they are outside of your room. I’ve stayed at this building before and never had any loud neighbors before. One more thing. The roosters get up early. Something I also never encountered in the past.

Perfect location with a great ocean view. Fully stocked with cookware and containers. Even a cooler for the travel day to Hana. A few things that could have been better… no oven mitts which was a pain, beach umbrella was broken which we didn’t find out till we packed it to the beach, pullout sofa was a little dirty but we survived. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in KA #C308. You can't beat the location but the unit itself is average. The King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has been updated. There is no coffee table, making it awkward watching tv. There is only a self and no dresser to put away your clothes. The beach chairs should be replaced as one collapsed when you leaned back. An update on these few items would make it an excellent unit

Convenient and Centrally Located Stay!
This property was great for our one week stay in Kihei! It was clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Maui and the host had a great selection of additional items (boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels) that made the stay even better.

Check in was easy and parking was great. Location is awesome. Bedroom is far from “bright” as they describe. Windows In the bedroom are unreachable, and on top of the closet is absolutely filthy. There was a broken plate in the drawer that had not been cleaned up. Communication with the host via the VRBO app very slow - ended up just calling them and getting sassy answers about questions we had.
