Clean. Walking distance to beach. Close to shops and more beaches. Place had everything. Lots of towels. Utensils, ice, boggie boards, beach chairs, cooler, and snorkling equipment. Perfectly setup. Washer and drying worked. It was a wonderful place to stay. We would stay again.

Perfect location and well coordinated stay

Quiet, great location, nice views

Great place. Very easy to walk for food, beach, sunset or watch the sunset from the lanai. Only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the bed in the upstairs loft is very saggy. Time for a new mattress and it would be a 5 stars review!

Family vacation

My husband and I decided after visiting Maui 2 years ago that we just had to bring our 4 children ages ranging from 10-20 yrs old. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every bit of our stay in Maui and at our condo rental. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed with very prompt, friendly and caring owners. We cannot thank them enough!

Lovely condo in a great location

We had a great stay with our family at this condo. It was spacious for our family of 6, which included 3 adult sons and one teenage son. It had a nice big lanai and was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great big crockpot in the kitchen. We had asked before arriving and the management didn’t think they had one, but glad to see that they did. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook You will need to bring your own seasonings, but all the pots and pans you will need are there. There was construction going on at our building, but we had been warned about that and the crew was very respectful of residents and we were never bothered by any noise. We would definitely return to this condo.

The property was very nice. Check in was odd. The front desk was entirely unwelcoming and told us they had nobody by our name staying there. My 83 year old mother had a friend from home send flowers as a welcome surprise. The flowers were at the front desk and it was actually a hassle to get the flowers. It was sad to feel unwelcome upon our arrival.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous Kihei penthouse for our family wedding week! The condo was spacious, spotless, and had amazing ocean views. The location was perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful and relaxing.Our host was so kind and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. On our last morning, we were lucky enough to see a full rainbow from the lanai — such a magical way to end an incredible week.Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again! Mahalo!

We have really appreciated our stay and would have liked to stay longer. Very convenient for a family of 5. The sofa bed was not the most confortable but the localization is perfect with the beach and all amenities around.

Great stay

The unit is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped as described. Beach chairs, swim boards and even cooler are provided and are in like new condition. The only issue we had was the uncomfortable mattress in the loft bedroom. It is very soft and the lighter person is constantly sliding towards the heavier. Location is great. The beaches are right across the street. Food options are a few minutes walk. The resort itself is clean and looks pretty. Overall very pleasant stay. Will recommend to everyone.

Great location

The location is great if you like to walk to the beach. The unit was well stocked. It was easy to cook for my family. It included beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. The master bedroom is an open loft so there isn’t a lot of privacy. For a family of six , with teenagers it was a little tight as there was only two bedrooms and a pullout couch which is very common in Hawaii. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed but the mattress needs replaced as you both roll to the middle. The property is well maintained and close to the beaches so that’s why we stayed there.

perfect vacation

Communication was simple and response was quick. All essential information was provided in advance. The apartment has everything needed for coming in and starting to enjoy your time on the island. Whether you cook at home (all the kitchenware and basic condiments were provided) or go out (within walking distance or a short ride), go to the beach (short walk) you are in the right place to have a vacation and not to worry about lots of things. AC is noisy and you need to run it for an extended period of time to cool down the second floor but not much you can do there. The space is large and you need a powerful system to keep it running.
