3 beds and 3 full baths, modestly equipped kitchen (plates, utensils, some cleaning supplies, basic cookware, coffee pot and fridge), and a pretty decent view of the ocean.
This is not a bad stay but it is also not a glamorous place by any measure. The linens felt clean and the common areas are very clean. Under the beds needs vacuuming. Each room has its own AC unit, and while they aren’t the most effective, it will get the job done. I could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the front most bedroom but there were plenty of other fans in the closet to use, so no love lost there!
This spot feels a bit dated, and there are chips in some of the walls where you can see the many layers of paint.
Location is great. You have to cross a fairly busy street to get to the beach but it’s not bad at all. There’s a small public parking lot if you want to load up a car with the provided beach equipment (6 chairs, one umbrella, a boogie board, etc) and park closer to the beach. Otherwise, it’s very walkable and fairly easy to get down to the water.
There’s some fun shopping and good food close by. Definitely within walking distance. Lots of coffee shops to try out that are near.
Overall, I’d stay here again if I was looking for a comfortable place to lay my head.
