The Maui Banyan complex has always been HOTEL-zoned (not apartment zoned).

This affordable one-room studio efficiency unit with king bed is a tropical retreat that has been stylishly remodeled with granite counters and walk-in shower. The unit is equipped with a convenience mini-kitchenette (mini-fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave, NO stove/oven), large flatscreen TV, and private lanai (patio). Contemporary island-style furnishings and artwork throughout.

The complex has free parking and fantastic sandy Kamaole II Beach is just across the street from the Maui Banyan. Snorkeling, sailing, and dozens of other activities are all nearby. Walk to a great selection of shops and dining options. On-property amenities include two swimming pools, jet spas, complimentary tennis court, gas BBQs, and putting green!

Our units are upgraded, comfortable and clean. We also supply thoughtful extras to help make your stay on Maui as enjoyable as possible:

Excellent little beach pad

Perfect location short walk to the Kehei Boat landing and 300 meters from the ocean. Close to one of two lil’ swimming pools as well.

Great little condo. Nice clean property right across from the beach.Small apartment but cozy. Walking distance to everything. The apartment had everything you need for the beach.( Chairs , umbrella, cooler, boggy boards)

Excellent Kihei location for two!

This rental is clean and comfortable and was very quiet when we were there! We had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and towels. The beach is a very short walk and the pool even shorter! I would definitely recommend this rental for two people! Wonderful

Perfect Condo for Us!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo in late September/early October. Even though it is on the small side it was perfect for the two of us! It is well appointed with everything you need! Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location was great and parking was easy. We appreciated the great communication from the owner and easy check in and out. Beautiful, peaceful view from the balcony! Would love to stay there again!

Pleasant bedroom and bathroom

This property was very small, but served us well. It was pretty noisy, but we were able to balance that with beautiful views, nice pools, great location, and decent accommodations. Parking was a regular challenge, but hey- you're in Maui so no complaints really :)

We have visited Maui Banyan many time. I was a bit taken aback by the unmentioned “Host Fee”. The unit was exactly as expected except for the fact that the patio door curtains were more than difficult to use without the proper hardware. The patio door itself was another level of difficulty.

Magical Week in Maui

The location was perfect, parking was easy and convenient, and even checking in at 11 pm we had zero issues. Watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony was just beautiful, there’s an amazing view. No noise from the Kihei road, and so walkable to tons of amazing spots (check out Kihei café). We stayed 10 days, and the beds were very comfy. I really appreciated how many towels they provided so we weren’t using the same ones through our entire stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need! Loved our time there, would stay again whenever we’re lucky enough to come back. Pro tip: make sure to visit during whale season!!!

Vacation in Maui at the Banyan Condos

Stayed for about 2 weeks. Price was reasonable. Room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Location is along the Kihei strip in Maui and is close to everything convenient and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Along with being a beautiful area in general . Pros: clean, nice property, nice room, perfect for 2 people that are fine sharing a bed. Location had nice amenities, swimming pools, balcony with nice overlook. Cons: This particular room didn’t have a full size kitchen just microwave and sink . We were fine with this as it was advertised that way. There was no way to laundry in unit. Had to use a laundromat. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Paradise

Such a wonderful location to enjoy the all of Maui. The unit was comfortable and the AC worked great. Gorgeous views over the trees/gardens with a sliver of ocean visible at the edge. We used the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided- brilliant idea of a backpack style beach chair with pockets!!! Boogie boards were also provided and so much fun. We had no issues at all carrying them to the beach from the unit. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! All the possible rentals of snorkel, e-bike, scooters, UPS boards, etc were just a walk down the street. Even more cute shops and restaurants about a 5 minute car ride to the north. Quick 20 minute car ride to the airport, 45 minutes to Lahaina. We did it all! Easy and gorgeous views all around! The road to Hana starting point is also about 15 minutes away. It was just perfect!! Thank you a wonderful vacation! Mahalo!
